SRS
SRS Steam Ramp with Slope: Single steam ramp designed with a 5° angle toallow condensate to flow back through the steam line back to the steam humidifier.
Suffix X denotes 2 rows of nozzles
SRC
SRC Steam Ramp with Condensate return: Single steam ramp with dedicated condensate return, so condensate flows through a dedicated line back to the steam humidifier or to drain.
Suffix X denotes 2 rows of nozzles
SRSE
Any SR model is available with or without thermal insulation, Option E indicates High efficiency model with thermal insulation. Please refer to SOE for more detail on unique steamOvap thermal insulation solution
SO
SOS steamOsorb standard: Vertical multi-ramps is composed of a horizontal steam header equiped with a condensate port and condensate return line and 2 feet for easy installation. Steam header is distributing the steam to several vertical steam pipes, those pipes are maintained by a top bracket which is also used to attached the steamOsorb assembly to the duct. SteamOsorb is designed to optimize the Non Wetting Distance (NWD) as the steam distribution is evenly distributed to the duct cross section area. Standard SO model is placed inside the Duct or Air Handling Unit steamOsorb standard is supplied with no thermal insulation
SOE
SOE steamOsorb High efficiency: Vertical multi-ramps steamOsorb with thermal insulation. SteamOvap thermal insulation is made of a unique 2 components hollow sleeve without longitudinal joint and it is covering the full length of the pipes and header. It is very thin – 0.14in [3.2mm]. It is resistant to molten metal, flames, abrasion, corrosive atmosphere, moisture, chemicals and more; and has the highest temperature rating of the industry – 500F [260C]. It is ASTME E84 (equivalent to UL723).
SO-FI
-FI mounting option: Frame for Insertion allows for installation of the SO steamOsorb header below the duct, SO is then slip-in from underneath the duct. This mounting option eliminates steam header when it is placed inside the duct. This reduces pressure drop across the SO and reduces the NWD. Option -FI is available for SOS or SOE
Caution : Make sure that there is enough space below the duct before to select FI mounting option
SO-FF
-FF mounting option: Frame with Flanges allows for installation of the SO steamOsorb header below the duct and assembly to duct equipped with flanges. This mounting option eliminates steam header dead spot when it is placed inside the duct. This reduces pressure drop across the SO and reduces the NWD. Option -FF is available for SOS or SOE
Caution: 1 – Make sure that there is enough space below the duct before to select FF mounting option.
2 – Make sure Duct is equipped with flanges as well.
