• SRC model is build with a dedicated condensate return line,
  condensate can easily be returned back to the steam humidifier or to main drain.
• 1.5in [DN40] or 2in [DN50] diameter.
• from 12 to 60in [300 to 1500mm] long.
• short absorption distance model (SRCX) is provided with 2 rows of steam distribution nozzles.

 SOS – steamOsorb multi-ramp

• designed for installation in large air duct or AHU or to meet very short absorption distance requirement. 
• from 18 to 120in [450 to 3000mm] width and 12 to 120in [300 to 3000mm] high.
• header and vertical steam ramps delivered in a small and easy to handle flat packaging.
• easy on site installation.

 SOE – High efficiency steamOsorb multi-ramp

• Model SOE is provided with header and vertical steam ramps insulated with high efficient thermal insulation.
• Dramatically reduces condensate losses in steam ramp. 80% increased efficiency.
• Excellent thermal resistance Calculated R value = 0.33
• Thin insulation 0.142in [3.6mm]; 
• Robust, no risk of damage during installation or during the life of the product. Rated for 500°F [260°C] continuous operation, highest rating of the industry.
• Certified to ASTM E84 (equivalent to UL723).
• Round sleeve with no longitudinal joint causing thermal bridge and premature degradation.
• Drip free nozzles made of polymer.

Mounting options for steamOsorb

Option -FF, Frame with flange allow for ILS-SO or ILS-SE mounting on small ducts equipped with flanges.

steamOsob header is then placed beneath the duact outside of the airflow removing obstruction and allowing for more steam capacity and shorter non wetting distance.

Option -FI, Frame for Insertion allow for ILS-SO or ILS-SE mounting on small ducts by insertion.
